A: one arm handstand

B: 5 rounds not for time
5 strict hspu shoulder width
15 OHS with rubber band as stick (just mobility)
10/10 one arm band rows

C: 2 rounds
7-9 reverse leg lift head standing
20 strict v-ups

D: 3 rounds
8/8 Tricepscurls with band
8/8 Bicepscurls with band

E: 3 Tabata intervals of handstand hold

F: staircase pull-ups different grips 5-5-8

Much heavier than pull-ups!
