Yesterday I was smoked. I was pretty much angry towards everyone all day. Felt some of that today as well. No gut so to speak.

Felt incredibly heavy :(

C: Front Squat 2×60,80,100,120,135,145,120
Finished with 2×100 with pause

2×145 was max for day and with bad depth :(
