Going to front squat more, I just do not like to have the bar in front rack

B: Snatch DL pause at knee 3x60kg,80, 100

C: Clean DL pause at knee 3×60, 80, 100, 120, 150

D1: Deadlift 15 x 150kg

Exactly 8 rounds

After 1 round, pulse 164, after 2: 169 then steady at 169-173 for 4 more rounds then the last two 174-183 (+92%)

So I guess I had something like 7-8 mins just below vo2max, 7-8mins at vo2max and 4-6mins above.

Anyway I was totally smoked after.
