Session 1

With a power meter establish max for day
55-65-70-75-80-85-90-95-100F-100-105F-105F

Only reached 100kg but hey its ok, squatted 3x175kg yesterday, guess something has to be a bit off. Heaviest Snatch in a few months as well haha.

Interesting that my power only increased with the weight even at the failed 105′s. This means that my technique is way below my power and for me to develop strength/power I need to pull well above my 1RM. Testing the Snatch Pull tomorrow.

Session 2

A MILLION lifts from 20-60kg w pause at knee and hip

I really understand now. Time to execute.

SO worth the money and time.
