A: Back Squat 4 x 170kg, really wanted 5 reps so did it again; 4x170kg
Done! Finished! Kaputt!

B2: WPU pronated 32kg x 3 x 5 set

C: 12 Strict PU

D: DB Shoulder Press 10 x 2x25kg

Time and me done. No more juice left. The squats really drained me.
