A: Snatch ladder E60s 5kg

As stated before re-ramping is the shit.
Bad positions though

Had lower back pain in my right side today

B: Nasty Girls
Started her two times but aborted both

C: Sally get up 60kg
2mins then got stuck in the hole due to that the back gave up, couldnt get up, Erika had to help me :)

Sally up 40kg

Managed barely!

Sally up 20kg

Easier but still hard

This was mostly hard for the back. Pretty good for CrossFit to be able to hold the back for 3mins
