Squatting again

Hip felt a bit better but I took no chances so I warmed up properly for a few mins.


Actually thats the truth. 2min of left split, 2min right split then full split with weight. Going for 60-80kg in the near future. Stay tuned.

Sub max day.

A: Clean 3 x 60, 80, 100, 110, 120, 115, 110

B: Hang Snatch 3 x 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 1 x 97,5 Failed 2nd, should have removed the big blue brace and just used a smaller brace for the Snatches. As you can see I don’t get full ROM in the bottom and shoot out forward. Better for the Clean but not for the Snatch.

C: 1 1/4 HBBS 3 x 80, 100, 120, 135

D: HBBS 10 x 120kg

I was so goddamn sweaty during this workout and I breathed heavily the entire 1:15mins it took. Dunno why but I think it was due to that I started with the Cleans.

I clipped in 3x110kg in the Clean instead of 3×120 by accident..
