Snatch keep on rocking

A bit hungover but thanks to my super girlfriend my training got postponed from 10 to 12 which made a whole difference I think.

Training partner for today: David Ohlsson

A: Snatch 3 x 40, 40, 50, 60, 70, 2 x 80, 1 x 85, 90, 95, 100, 1+1F x 105, 1×95, 100, 2x105PR

So one fail, re-ramp and PR, that is great. The technique felt a bit off especially in the receive and stand part. Standing was a bit heavy due to unstable shoulders.

B: C&J 2 x 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 125F

Got blackout symptoms after the clean at 125. I felt after the Snatches that the drinking taxed my “CNS-stamina”.

C: Press 3 x 40, 50, 60, 70, 1×75, 2+1Fx82.5kg almost PR. Its ok after 2 hours!

6 rounds + 4 MU. Exact same score as three years ago ? Not dissapointed by I made one error. I hung the rings a bit too low so I scratched my feet in the floor which made me cautious in the kip and I even stricted two reps with no false-grip due to that which of course is a killer. The OHS was very light. Very good programmed wod, bravo Rickard!
