Restart the engine

Four days of very little training and a lot of car riding have made my knees and back very stiff. Made a puny attempt to train today.

Session one

WU: 1k row + lots of push jerk @ 20kg

A: Push Jerk TnG 5×40,50,60,70,80,90,100

B: Hang Power Snatch 5×40,50,60,70kg

Then Hanna called “please feed the kids” okidoki, yes massa.

Session two

No warmup at all, straight from bed after bedding Wilma.

Used first round as somewhat a warmup, last round was pretty hard since I increased pace throughout the round.

Now I think am ready for the four upcoming heavy weeks!
