Receipt of bad shape

Severe back doms. High rep Pause BS FTW.

A: Back squat, up to 160 in 8mins, 170 x 1 x 2set in 11mins. Felt very light. The first rep looked bad, fell forward so I redid 1min later. To make +97-98% OTM feels solid.

Viktor and Jonas S came to the gym. Strongarmed me into doing Helen.

B: C&J ladder E90s, 5kg
80-125kg felt weak.

C: 400m WU then Helen @ 8:53
Broke the last set of KBs. Pull-ups UB
Running very slow.

Pretty pissed. 6th day of training though.
