Only one PR depressing

A little sore today but overall mood very good.

No gym buddies today.

A: 1 Front Squat + 2 Back squat to 140 and a very heavy FS at 145 with really bad upper back. A few back off sets of 5xBS at 140 afterwards. I got greedy. Apparently FS needs to be trained…

B: Clean: Hi-Hang + Mid Thigh + At knee
Felt a lot better than the FS.

C: Clean Pull 3 x 120, 140, 150

D: Rack Pull below knee 3×150, 150, 170kg
Technique “isolate upper back”

E: Strict WPU 3 x 10, 18, 24, 32, 42, 48PR. I have done 3x52kg but that was with kipping in 2011. This is the real PR.

F: 15min RPE 7
10 Russian KBS 32kg
10 Burpees
20 DU
20m Sled pull 85kg backwards
