Metcon season has begun

Status Woke up 06:00 for no reason. Lots of coffee.

A: Clean + 3-4 Jerks 40-100kg

Olavi helped out with my Jerk today. I apparently collapse a bit already at 80-90kg. Deliberate practice every rep! I managed to fix it after he gave me instruction but apparently I need coaching on every rep.

Stopped at 100kg since my ankle hurts.
