Lactic oh lord

Starting some lactic power today, need to fire up those fast fibers and tune in the pain system a bit.

1 PC + 2 HPC+ 2 PJ + 1 split jerk
60, 70, 80, 90, 102.5kg

B: E60s Jerk Double Ladder 105, 110, 115, 120, 125, 130
Whoa! 60s is fast!

C: Push Press 3×110, 5×80, 80

D: Some BF CTB

E: 4 x run 200m, rest 3:30
31, 27.8, 34, 30

F: 4 x 30s row, rest 3:30
176m, 184m, 182m, 191m
The last one killed me for sure!
30mins later and I am still not human.

I think 200m is possible sometime in the close future.

So to conclude: My sprint capacity is decent!
