Hard as hell to use a KB

B: Strict Ring Dips: 12, 12, 12

C: 5 rounds for maximal pump of
10 ring pushups
10 situps (unanchored) 16kg KB on chest
10 KB Row 32kg left
10 KB Row 32kg right

Took ca 11mins and yup big pump :)

No conditioning today, hopefully the cold is gone tomorrow
