Been so sore after NS 13.1 for 2 days. One workout beat the entire Solid Open weekend!

Redid it today and yup nothing changed I still hate Rickard Walen. Almost no improvement however I PRd in walking out to the bikes though, only 29secs vs 32secs ;)

It took 25mins before I started to be able to think again, searched the premises for SUGAR but none to be found, just an old Honey bottle in my bag. I took it and almost ripped the bottle open to lick the inside of it.

I have to touch a barbell or I do not consider it a workout so…

Then went out to the sled but someone had fucked up the straps and I had absolutely no fucking will power to start untying knots. Instead went for lunch. Bacon stuffed chicken, win.
