Status: Knee fucked up, what else is new. Oh yes the painters woke me up. And I only got one cup of coffee since I had to be polite and give the rest to them. 1 coffee out of 10 is not a good start.

Will start an alternative route now with kneebending activities only 3 times a week to remedy this and bring back my gear on one of them so the knee heals between sessions.

The session started with me jumping around like I got fire in my ass for 45 mins since Magnus Jernberg tricked me to have liniment beneath my knee sleeve. “it feels so good when it is warm”. IT NEARLY KILLED ME! Hate you Magnus.

Powers decent! Squat… not so much. Afraid to sit down so I do it half heartedly = fail forward when it gets heavy.

Boooring! Abort, I cannot do boring since if I could do boring I would do Bulgarian Split Squats which besides of Kettlebell Swings, Burpees and Wall Balls is the most boring exercise in the world. Maybe beaten by one leg deadlift.

Better, felt pretty strong but it is a cheaters exercise so it does not count.

E: Right leg legpress 80kg x 10 x 3set

Gotta get some extra hypertrophy on the right leg.

F: WCTB 20kg x 5-5-6

My juice was finito here. Too hot in the gym. No air.

G: Dips 32kg x 3-3!!!! 22,5kg x 5-5
