Status: Sort of good sleep.

Session one

With Lanner in Kolkällaren. Lanner did Heavy Isabel while I was playing with Childrens weight.

A: Clean + Push Jerk 1+3 x 70kg, 1 + 3 x 80kg, 1 + 3 x 90kg, 1 + 2 x 100kg, 1 + 1 x 110kg, 1 + 1 x 110kg

Really working on technique here. Today I could maintain good tech up to 100kg, 110kg was too heavy but needed to test it out. I think I am improving.

B: Clean 125kg x 1 x 12set EMOM

Felt very good.

C: 30 MU For time.

After 14 reps I aborted since my triceps got fried. Really pissed. Rested 2mins and started an EMOM watch. 8 reps, 5 reps, 4 reps, 3 reps. Triceps totally done. Apparently I got no triceps-stamina. Good I will address this ASAP.

My total score was 125 Burpees. This workout was much easier than the Monday workout. Should have pushed a bit harder in the beginning but I am just happy to be able to complete these bastards.
