Feel the punch

Misses the strength portion earlier today due to my all out effort on NS 13.1 so I went back for a quick session.

Good wu then some rampuo

Snatch alternated with Squats 3-4×40-50-60-70-80+ 5×70-5×100

Then 5 x
Even min Hang Snatch 80kg x 3
Odd min Squat 100kg x 5

No misses, each rep felt better and better and in the end the Snatch was effortless. Golden!

Done sub 45min, win
