No breaks was allowed during the workout “keep moving”. 5+7, 6 sharp, 6 sharp. The first round I had a fuckup where the bar bounced totally weird and I need to put it back before I could start the Burpees. Pretty happy with the workout since my metcon ability is near zero. In par with the best in Sweden.
