Decent performance

Status: Still pissed and I got a really ugly cold.

Team challenge with Malin Nyström today

A: Hang Snatch (no straps) 1RM

Up to 105kg with no misses then fail at 107.5kg, stopped there. No need to max out since Malin and I will win this event.

 

 

B: Best handstand hold inside your jump rope in 3mins

22, 20, 22secs then my shoulders were pretty much fried and I did a few attempts at 10-15 secs. 22secs is not way near my best but hey

50 Front Squat 42.5kg/30kg, alternate freely

All Squats are taken from floor.

You must use the same barbell so whenever you drop the weight you need to change weights.

Example: The male does 30 squats and drops the BB. Then you change plates from 60kg to 42.5kg, add the locks and then the woman can start to work. She as well does 30 squats. You again change weights and the male does the last 15 reps.

Both Locks must be on before any reps are counted.

You must use the same pull-up station and the partner not working must stand on the floor

However we did the WOD very wrong :)

Here we aborted when I understood that we did it wrong :)

I am getting pretty good at medium-weight STOH. Did 18 reps in a row at 60kg which felt easy.
