Slept 8,5 hours. Hip is better, not good though. Bodyweight 92kg.

Re-ramping is king. I am consistently hitting 100kg almost every session and the nr of misses have dropped significantly the last month. The Snatch will keep going up for a while longer I think.

B: C&J time capped to 12mins

2 x 60, 80, 100, 110, 117,5F, 117,5

My high heels disturb toe action of the rear foot so sometimes the heel drop in and I loose it out in front. This was sub-max lifts.

The Clean felt better than in a long time even though the bar crashes a bit.

C1: Front Squat 3×70, 90, 2×110, 120, 135, 130, 125kg

Hip did not like this so I narrowed the stance a bit which seem to stress the hip less.

C2: Press 3×60, 70, 75, 80, 75, 70

No time left for conditioning… Am I a weightlifter or crossfitter? Need to fix my prios and time-cap the snatch better since it easily consumes 45mins every session.
