B: 3 Front Squat + 3 Push Jerk 50kg, 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg

C: Pause Front Squat + Pause Back Squat 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 120kg, 130kg, 140kg, 152kgF, 128kg x 5sets

D: Push Jerk 80kg x 5 x 4set

E: Press Behind neck 57.5kg x 3 x 7set + 57.5 x 6 reps

F: 3 Push Press Behind Neck + 2 Push Jerk BN 70kg x 3sets
