Cardinal sin

Went back to the gym last evening since I have skipped shoulder health and midline exercises for too long.

Good shoulder warmup with waiters walk, KB Snatch w pause in top etc plus banded shoulder exercises of course.

A1: Very deep Ring Pushups with pause in the bottom to get a good pec stretch 12-15 reps x 3sets

A2: Inverted row 12-15 reps x 3 sets

B: Watching Ulrika hammer out the row.

C1: Straight leg situps 10 x 32kg(KB), 40kg (bar) x 3set

C2: Seated bent back good mornings 10 x 20, 30, 40, 50kg with the tampon on the bar!

Me and Ulrika discussed this topic for an extended time whether we really would dare to use the tampon. “No one is watching lets do it!”

Sore back today, must be the tampon.
