In ~ 20min.

I really really jogged and went slow on the movements except for the OL. Still the heart rate sky rocketed. Probably should skip todays conditioning.

Such a fucking man-cold.

My left calf really was acheing. I almost got rid of it with massage.

A: Back Squat up to a heavy 3×170 then a fail over the head @ 160kg.

Ok thats it. DNF…!!!
