Active Rest

Throat is worse. However I needed to feel the atmosphere of a weightlifting room so I decided to do a few light presses and pullups. That thought quickly turmed out to be a max session.

B1: One arm press: 2×21,5 8/8, 27,5×8/8
B2: Strict PU 8 x 3

C1: Weighted pushup between boxes 8×24-28-32kg
C2: Db row: 8/8×25, 30, 35kg

D: Strikt ttb: 10-10-10
