It was not meant to be today Again B1: Press 70kg x 3 x 5set B2: WPU pronated 32kg x 3 x 5 set C: 12 Strict PU D: DB Shoulder Press 10 x 2x25kg Time and me done. No more juice left. The squats really drained me.
