A: Pause 1 1/4 FS 40-60-80-100-120kg B: Pause FS 1×130, 137.5PR I think I got 0,25kg more in me right now. C: One Leg Leg Press right leg 10×50, 75, 12×100 D: Hip Thrust on bench 10×60, 10x100kg Good shit! To pause here sucks

  • A little sore today but overall mood very good. No gym buddies today. A: 1 Front Squat + 2 Back squat to 140 and a very heavy FS at 145 with really bad upper back. A few back off sets of 5xBS at 140 afterwards. I got greedy. Apparently FS needs to be trained… B: Clean: Hi-Hang + Mid Thigh + At knee 60-80-100-110kg Felt a lot better than the FS.
