  • Went back to the gym last evening since I have skipped shoulder health and midline exercises for too long. Good shoulder warmup with waiters walk, KB Snatch w pause in top etc plus banded shoulder exercises of course. A1: Very deep Ring Pushups with pause in the bottom to get a good pec stretch 12-15 reps x 3sets A2: Inverted row 12-15 reps x 3 sets B: Watching Ulrika hammer out the row.
