  • Thought about skipping the late workout since I have issues falling asleep when I pump adrenaline late in the evening. But I couldnt not train so. A: Clean & Jerk technique up to 100kg. Fixed some issues (tied my shoe), Jerk felt a lot better. Was tired in the legs though so 100 had to be enough. B: Some ctb practice EMOM C: Some bar mu practice EMOM D: NS Event 3 E: Finished with some more bar mu practice with very little rest from E3 to see how I perform with high HR.   • Nordic Showdown Events released. Cool stuff! Yoke carry sure is going to be fun. A: In 7mins work up to a max Clean and Jerk 115, 122.5, 127.5kg, 132.5kg fail (Jerk) I think I as of current have the same 1RM in Clean Thruster as in C&J Pretty horrible lift. The Clean really crashed on me and I did not drive through the head at all. B: Played with Event 2, interesting. Handstand walk and MU was the hardest to score high in. Some more tonight!
