  • Been so sore after NS 13.1 for 2 days. One workout beat the entire Solid Open weekend! Redid it today and yup nothing changed I still hate Rickard Walen. Almost no improvement however I PRd in walking out to the bikes though, only 29secs vs 32secs It took 25mins before I started to be able to think again, searched the premises for SUGAR but none to be found, just an old Honey bottle in my bag.
