  • Again I felt bad before the session but after 20mins of Snatching my body woke up. Yesterday I analyzed why I fail from the floor. It was obvious after studying photos from Hang and from floor. It’s all about my back angle when the BB is at the knee. So… I worked on that for 20mins then… BOOM!
