B: Hang Snatch Below Knee 2×40,50,60,70,80,90,70,80,87.5,92.5 Feels like I’ve finally found a technique I can work with now. C: 1 1/4 back squat 120kgx3x3set Solid D: Weighted situp 5×40, 60, 1×75 (blacked out), 5×60 My core was weak today. E: Some reverse leg lifts in stall bar F: Lever progression Better and better G: Planche progression Progressing! Overall a super good session
