B: Squat Clean 2×60-2×80-2×100-2×107,5-2×115 Skojade till det med TnG på sista settet. Känner mig stark. C: Split Jerk 2×60-2×80-2×100-2×107,5-2×115 107,5 kändes skitbra. Slarvade på 115. Som jag alltid säger men som aldrig händer. Borde verkligen teknikträna på 80%. D: AMRAP 5min @ 95% 5 Squat Snatch 42,5kg/30kg 5 Unbroken CTB / COVP 6v + 1 CTB, hängde med Lukas i tre varv sen så var jag tvungen att pusta lite E: For time: 5 x 10 Unbroken TTB 3:22, vilade ganska precis 30s mellan setten.
