Har verkligen hittat en uppvärmningsrutin jag gillar och tror på för all-out efforts. 1. Rörlighet höft, axlar. Lite lätta ryck också. 2. Rodd 1k 3. 8min OTM 4 thrusters + 4 pu, första 4 med 20kg, sista 4 med 42,5kg. Vila typ 3min sen 3-2-1 GO Mycket snabbare än för ett år sen.
