Nöjd dock över att frivända 120 några ggr då det är det tyngsta jag vänt sen tidigt i våras. B: Hang Power Clean TnG snabbt och explosivt – 80kgx3x3set C: Clean Pull off 5cm Riser – 115kgx3x4set – tungt som fan D: Front Squat – 115kgx3x5set E1: Evil Wheel Rollouts 5x3set – vidrigt men bra. Höll liksom på att gå sönder inne i magen. E2: Reverse Hypers med 15kg runt foten – 13-15 reps x 3set. Skitövning, tog ingenstans
