Posted on 2010-07-27 | No CommentsInte bra för motivationen att vara själv med en Easy-Line-tant och försöka lyfta 1RM. Varje gång jag skulle lyfta så blev jag antingen förbannad eller fnissig. Resulterade i 2 misslyckade lyft på 77,5kg. Sen kom Rickard Lanner ned och då tog jag i lite mer och satte den. Se vad psyket spelar roll.
