Första passet på Sthlm kickboxning
Posted on 2009-08-12 | No CommentsJag har kört tre pass på typ 1 år och tre månader lagom utspridda, så det har gått typ 5 månader mellan varje sparringpass jag kört. Det är perfekt om man vill undvika skador Kändes helt OK i alla fall i enlighet med mina förväntningar som var riktigt låga. Vi körde ca 8 ronder sparring, där alla ronder var minst 3 minuter, vissa var nog 10 minuter hoho. Svettas fortfarande 2 timmar efter passet är slut.
